Rights and Responsibilities of a Trainee

  • A trainee is obliged to strictly observe the Constitution and laws of their state, comply with the requirements of the Charter and orders, regularly acquire theoretical and practical knowledge, improve educational and professional skills, observe rules of conduct and perform military salutes, always wear the prescribed uniform, and maintain a neat and tidy appearance;
  • To thoroughly master theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for official duties, develop personal abilities, independently improve the level of knowledge and develop skills for their practical application, and timely complete all types of educational assignments;
  • To enhance cultural awareness, strengthen health, be ready to defend rights, and ensure safety and public order under any conditions;
  • To take good care of the Institute’s property, maintain cleanliness and order, perform necessary self-service duties, and conscientiously fulfill official duties while performing daily duty assignments;
  • To comply with service safety requirements, prevent diseases, injuries, and burns, engage daily in physical conditioning and improvement of physical fitness, and refrain from harmful habits (smoking and alcohol consumption);
  • To make timely payments established to cover expenses for meals prepared in the Institute’s dining facility;
  • To immediately take measures to restore order and report to the immediate superior about all events affecting the performance of assigned duties, remarks issued, and violations of established rules of the Regulations and requirements of orders in interpersonal relations.
